Project Overview — Momarché
Momarché was a platform that uses group purchasing as a launchpad for food discovery, distribution, and online food business creation, helping busy professionals access daily essentials at lower cost while saving time and cognitive effort.
The product addresses a common but underserved problem: for working professionals, food procurement is time-consuming, repetitive, expensive, and mentally draining. Limited variety, inefficient purchasing flows, and the daily burden of cooking, cleaning, and planning create constant friction—pulling focus away from work, health, and personal life.
