Project Overview - QoLI

Quality of Life Initiative (QoLI) Smart City platform is a SaaS global, data-driven platform designed to help cities measure, understand, and improve the lived well-being of their residents by going beyond traditional economic indicators. Built around a human-centered Quality of Life Index, the platform combines objective urban data with residents’ subjective perceptions across key domains such as housing, mobility, health, education, environment, governance, and social cohesion.

The platform enable city leaders, planners, and communities to identify priority challenges, track progress over time, and make evidence-based decisions that align urban policy and investment with what truly matters to people’s everyday lives, through:

• interactive dashboards and comparative insights,
• interactive impact maps, and
• city-specific AI-assistants
